I have purchased a train ticket with my +RENFE card but want to pay for parking with VIA-T, how can I do it?

If you use VIA T to pay for your parking stay but have parking concessions on your ticket as you meet the requirements of the railway operator (Consult here for requirements), you must download the Saba App, free of charge, and register yourself and your VIA T with the 16 digits.

Remember that the concession will only apply to the VIA T parking registered. If you have more than one, you must register them all.

Once registered, you have 24 hours after leaving the parking to scan the QR or barcode of the ticket in the App.

The concession is applied after the VIA T charge. For this reason, the e-receipt you receive will never reflect the amount of concessions or other discounts applied.

After the 24-hour period, if you have not validated the ticket in the App, you will not be able to benefit from the parking ticket discount.

**If you have any issues validating your tickets in our App, you should send us the scanned tickets (not in mobile format, because you must be aware that to benefit from the parking concession, the operator requires printed tickets), the scanned +RENFE card in your name, and your VIA T number (16 digits) to the following email: atclientesaba@sabagroup.com
