I purchased a product but haven’t received the confirmation email. What should I do?

You can log into your My Saba account, go to "My Purchases" and check if you already have a reference number. If not, please contact us via WhatsApp at 662 418 060 or by email at atclientesaba@sabagroup.com so we can review your purchase and provide the product you acquired. Please provide the following information:

  • Your email
  • Parking location
  • Payment receipt for the product
