Puerto Deportivo José Banús, better known as Puerto Banús, is marina that oozes luxury and sophistication. It’s situated in Nueva Andalucía, a residential development between Marbella and San Pedro Alcántara, in the province of Malaga.

José Banús, the developer, along with the architect Noldi Schreck, succeeded in making this marina the most important residential tourism complex on the Costa del Sol.

Since it was opened in May 1970, this area has become one of the biggest centres of entertainment and leisure on the Costa del Sol, achieving international fame and prestige and winning renowned awards such as the Gold Medal for Tourism in 1975 and the Gold Mercury International award.
