How to buy a monthly ticket

Find your car park
Enter the location where you need to park to select the car park that suits you best.

Search and choose your season ticket
Click on “Calculate your stay” and choose the season ticket that best suits your needs.

Fill out your personal details
To complete your subscription we will need some information about you.

Add your number plate
Link your season ticket to your number plate and you can also inform us of your VIA-T to avoid double charges.

How to formalise your ticket
1. Once you have made your web purchase, you will receive your contract by e-mail from the "Logalty" platform. (Check your spam mailbox)
2. Sign your contract within 5 days.
3. Ask for your card at the SAC office of the car park. You must enter normally using the selected entry method (Saba Ticketless, Via-T or with ticket). In the case of the ticket, it will be exchanged at the office when you exchange it for the subscriber card.
4. If the selected car park does not have a SAC office, we will send the card to your home address.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I purchase a subscription at the parking lot? 
Yes, you can go to the parking lot where you want to subscribe to formalize your registration, with a photocopy of your ID, the bank account number for direct debit, and a photocopy of a receipt or bankbook showing your ownership of the account number.
You will sign the subscriber's terms of use, the SEPA payment authorization document, and you will be provided with an access card to the facilities.
If you cannot find the car park staff at the time, you can send us your request for information by e-mail to: atclientesaba@sabagroup.com and we will put you in contact with the car park. In the case of a remote car park, we will refer you to the website to purchase your season pass.
Can I use my subscription in other parking lots within the Saba network? 
It is not possible, as the subscription is linked to a single parking lot, a user, and a vehicle.
How can I cancel my subscription? 
You can go to your car park to formalize the cancellation, and they will provide you with a form for this purpose. In case you can't find any car park staff at that moment, you can send us an e-mail to: atclientesaba@sabagroup.com and we will refer your request to the car park for the cancellation of your season ticket.

If the initial date of your purchase is before the 15th of the current month, you will have until the 25th of the same month to process the documentation. If, on the other hand, the initial date of your purchase is after the 15th of the current month, you will have until the 25th of the following month.
